myLearning Tool Streamlines Staff Learning and DevelopmentThe Office of Assessment Training & Technology has launched myLearning, a university-wide web-based learning system. myLearning provides immediate access to courses and resources, along with the ability to track and manage your development goals.
myLearning allows staff to access and register for courses available through Pacific. Currently there are 450 online software courses (for both PC and Mac) and 450 e-books on software applications. More courses and opportunities will be added soon.
You can also track conferences, seminars and courses taken from external programs with myLearning so you can maintain a complete record of your professional development and certifications in one convenient location.
With myLearning, supervisors can work with staff to develop and manage development goals. Supervisors can review and approve staff member training requests and receive notification when staff members complete training, all via electronic notification.
