Needing to improve your daily activity level and personal fitness? Let the Psychology Department help. Sign up to participate in a Physical Activity Study with the Psychology Department beginning during the fall semester.
Wear a Fitbit and Receive:
- Feedback on your step totals
- Feedback on your distance traveled
- Estimateof caloric expenditure
- Access to an online website to monitor your progress
The study lasts 3 to 4 months and will require weekly progress meetings.
