United Way Campaign Update
Congratulations to Michael McCormick from Athletics, winner of the "A" Parking Pass in our United Way drawing, and Cindy Jackson from the Library, winner of the "B" Parking Pass. Thank you to all the Early Bird Donors for your commitment and contribution.
I'd also like to acknowledge departments who have already exceeded 45% percent participation:
- Office of Communications - 100%
- Center for Professional and Continuing Education - 78%
- Development - 53%
- President's Office - 50%
- Library 46%
We have raised a total of $86,055.11 so far, which is 71% of our $120,000 goal, but we are still less than halfway to our particiaption goal of 45%. I encourage those who have not participated yet to take some time to complete your gift forms. Every gift counts, no matter what the size.
And don't forget, all those who get their gift forms turned in by Dec. 16 will be eligible to participate in special drawings for a San Francisco 49er's Football, signed by Starting Quarterback, #7 Colin Kaepernick and a Kaepernick framed print.
Let's see if we can meet our goals even before we go home for the holiday break. That's just two weeks away!
Remember, your contribution can be in any amount, and every bit helps nonprofits in our local Stockton community and surrounding areas! Remember, any 501(c) (3) tax-exempt organization can be designated and your donation will go to that organization. If you already donate to a favorite charity, please consider making your donation through the United Way Campus Campaign. Donations can be made as a one-time gift or through a monthly pledge.
Thanks again for all that you are doing for Pacific, the United Way, and our Community.
