2013 United Way Campaign Matching Challenge
On its official closing date of Feburary 1, Pacific's United Way campaign had raised a total of $115,994.16 in donations and pledges to just $4,000 shy of the $120,000 goal. We achieved a participation rate of 35%.
Last Wednesday, at a reception honoring campaign team members and recognizing Keel Club members, individuals who have contributed $500 or more to this year's United Way campaign, President Pamela Eibeck and Campaign Chair Lynn King expressed their determination to meet the goal.
President Eibeck announced she and Bill Jeffery will personally match all donations made between now and March 15 up to $2,000 to meet our goal of $120,000.
"I want to thank all of those who made the decision to make a difference so far and encourage each member of the community to consider rising to the challenge to help us meet our goal" said campaign chair Lynn King. "Pacific's support United Way has a tremendous impact to thousands lives in our community."
