Pacific's Institutional Effectiveness Committee (IEC) is hosting a luncheon on Thursday, January 31st at noon in the Regents Room to showcase how Pacific has improved our programs through its quality improvement efforts. We are fortunate to have two presentations for our first luncheon. Dr. Greg Rohlf and Dr. Eileen McFall will discuss ways the History Department has improved its program and Ken Mullen, assistant vice president and controller in Business and Finance, will discuss ways his area has used continuous improvements strategies to improve his administrative areas.
