Business Writing for Today's World
Thursday, March 14 from 9-10:30 a.m.

Much of today's business interactions are not in person, but in writing using formats such as e-mail, fax, or text messages. This makes writing skills more crucial than ever before.

Accelerating Change
Tuesday, March 19 from 1:30-3 p.m.
Stockton Campus
Effectively dealing with the ever increasing change in the workplace can be difficult and taxing. Experts state that 70% of all change initiatives fail. This course explores the processes that organizations must experience in order to successfully manage through change initiatives.

Forecasting Techniques I
Wednesday, March 20 from 2-3:30 p.m.
Sacramento Campus
Are you being asked to predict the future? Do you need to provide information but just aren't sure what tool to use? Numbers speak to us every day but can we understand them? This program will provide you with a common language and a foundational approach.

Strategy Mapping
Thursday, March 21 from 10-11:30 p.m.
Stockton Campus
A strategy map is a common method of displaying organizational goals.  This session is designed to introduce the value, components, and objectives of using a strategy map for you to have a fundamental understanding of what it takes to create a strategy map that aligns operational function to strategic intent.

Growing Through Seasons of Change
