Fiscal Year End Reminders for FY13

Be aware of upcoming deadlines and office closures for fiscal year end processing

  • Wednesday, July 10 is the deadline for:
    • Receiving reports (purchase order purchases)
    • Journal entries
    • Authorizations for Payment for 2012/13. 
  • Thursday, July 11 - Friday, July 12, 2013 Purchasing will be closed for FY13 year-end processing 
  • Thursday, July 11 - Tuesday, July 16, 2013 Accounts Payable and Financial Reporting will be closed for FY13 year-end processing.
  • Monday, July 15, is the last day that departments may enter budget transfers for FY13.
  • Friday, July 19, is the last day to submit budget transfer requests to Budget Office.

Banner Fiscal Year-End Maintenance - Banner Finance will not be available Tuesday, July 16 due to fiscal year-end maintenance.  You may not post any transactions such as requisitions, purchase orders, change orders, budget transfers, journal entries, and invoices. Cashiering operations are a separate Banner module and are therefore not affected by this maintenance.
