IBM Lenovo/CDW*G Purchase Portal

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) regularly reviews its recommended computer equipment standards and the quality of service delivered by manufacturers for university purchases. Today, OIT is pleased to announce our recommendation that Pacific will be standardizing on the desktop and laptop computers from Lenovo.

Pacific has elected to partner with CDW*G to manage the prompt and accurate delivery of the Lenovo systems. Purchases can be made by visiting the CDW*G Pacific Purchasing Portal http://www.cdwg.com/Pacific. Please contact the Customer Support Center (CSC) Helpdesk if you have a unique set of requirements that may require customization of the device(s) you're ordering or for orders with a large quantity.

The CDW*G portal offers several standard workstations, including both desktop and laptops, based upon size and price of the desired device. Standardized printer options are also be available through the portal along with workstation accessories and monitors.

Existing HP computers purchased previously across the campuses will continue to be supported and maintained by OIT Customer Service Center and its support partners through the remainder of their warranties.
