Pacific upgrades to Event Management Systems for Facility Scheduling
Beginning in July, Pacific will be using Event Management System (EMS) for the scheduling of facilities for all meetings, events and academic courses. This transition means the University will no longer be using Ad Astra.
EMS enables requests for university facilities to be done online. Requestors will be able to view space availability and already scheduled events on all three campus prior to submitting a request for event space, meeting rooms or lawns.
