BASEBALL FINAL HOME SERIES

The Pacific Baseball team wraps the 2013 season and 43 years in the Big West with a three-game series against Cal Poly, opening tonight at Klein Family Field at 6 p.m.  The series continues on Friday at 6 p.m. and will conclude on Saturday at 2 p.m.  Saturday will also serve as senior day for our graduating Tigers.


TIGERS SUMMER TRAINING

Pacific Swimming's Dekel Shahaff will be participating in the upcoming World University Games and the 19th Maccabiah Games, representing her native country of Israel.  The World University Games will be held July 6-17 in Kazan, Russia and the Maccabiah Games will be held in Israel from July 17-30.

Pacific Men's Water Polo's Alex Obert has been named to the U.S. squad in advance of the FINA Water Polo World League Preliminaries, held from May 24-27 in Los Alamitos.

Pacific Women's Water Polo goalkeeper Michele Relton will be spending her summer with the Canadian Senior National Team.  The Canadian squad will compete at the FINA Water Polo World League Preliminaries, held from May 24-27 in Los Alamitos.  Relton will then travel to Beijing, China, for the FINA World League Super Finals from June 1-6.

FOUR TIGERS EARN ALL-BIG WEST SOFTBALL HONORS

With the completion of the 2013 season, the Big West Conference announced the 2013 All-Big West award recipients from which four Tigers earned post-season honors.  The Tigers saw their seniors well represented as Nikki Armagost and Megan Hom each earned First Team honors while Amy Moore alongside of junior Megan Foglesong each picked up Second Team awards.  Congratulations Tigers!
