Walk or Bike to Work Week

Registration for Bike (or Walk) to Work Week!   
Thursday May 9, 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the sidewalk of the DeRosa University Center-

Bike (or Walk) to Work Week is May 13 - 17. Register May 9, 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the sidewalk of the DeRosa Center.

It's easy to participate.
1. Fill out the pledge form, and promise to ride or walk to work at least one day between May 13 and 17, 2013.
2. Get out there and ride! (or walk!) Visit a local event for free giveaways, prizes and a chance to meet other cyclists.

If you're new to biking to work, check out the resources on this website to help make your transition to a car-free commute as easy as possible. If you're an old pro at biking to work, offer to help out your friends and co-workers who may be new to this fun, healthy and inexpensive way to commute.

Small prizes will be given leading up to the event to participants who register online, with the Grand Prizes awarded following the conclusion of Bike to Work Week. Prizes will be awarded by random draw, so even if you can only ride one day, you've got a chance to win. Follow us on Facebook for the latest, greatest information about all the bike events going on in San Joaquin, Stanislaus and Merced counties this May.

The company with the highest percentage of registered cyclists (number registered out of total number of employees) will receive luncheon for all employees who pledged to ride. Go Tigers!
