Alameh Advances To Pacific Tiger Invitational Final
Stockton, Calif. - Junior Daniel Alameh advanced to the Flight A Singles final after a hard fought victory over teammate Denis Stolyarov in the second day of the Pacific Tiger Invitational on Saturday, Nov.2, at the Hal Nelson Tennis Courts. Alameh will face No. 1 seed Sam MacNeil of Fresno State in the final at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday. Both Tigers' doubles teams were defeated in the quarterfinal round.
"Our singles players today were great," said Head Coach Ryan Redondo. "The doubles teams were up and down, but we had opportunities. It's great to have Alameh in the final in our own tournament."
