Deadline extended for nominations for Order of Pacific

Nov 18, 2013

I am pleased to announce that the deadline for submitting Order of Pacific nominations has been extended to Jan. 22. 2014.

The extended deadline will accommodate nominations for faculty who choose to participate in the University's voluntary retirement incentive program on the Stockton campus.

The Order of Pacific is the highest award the University can give. It is intended to honor members of the University regents, faculty, administration and staff who have given distinguished service and made outstanding contributions to the University over a significant number of years. Nominees' contributions should extend significantly beyond the expectations of their positions, and should have the impact of enriching the life of the University.

Nominations for the Order of Pacific are due to the Office of the President no later than Wednesday, January 22, to the attention of the University Awards Committee. Download additional information and submission guidelines>>

Questions may be directed to the members of the University Awards Committee:

Elizabeth Graham, College of the Pacific
Giulio Ongaro, Conservatory of Music
Gene Pearson, College of the Pacific
