Madison Parrish Named Competitor of the Month For December
Women's Basketball junior guard Madison Parrish has been named Pacific Athletics Competitor of the Month for December. The award is presented after each month to a Pacific student-athlete who demonstrates unusual or remarkable competitive effort. Eight student athletes receive the honor during the academic year. 

Volleyball Serves Up Its Opening Home Weekend This Week
Come out and watch the men's volleyball team in action this week as they begin their home schedule with a pair of matches this weekend. The Tigers will be taking on Grand Canyon (Fri.) and Lewis (Sat.) in their first home matches of the year. You can make it a full day of Pacific sports on Saturday with a doubleheader of men's basketball in the afternoon at 1:00 pm and the volleyball match that evening at 7:00 pm at the Spanos Center.  

Men's Basketball To Host San Francisco And Santa Clara This Weekend
The Pacific men's basketball team hosts San Francisco and Santa Clara this weekend, as the Tigers look to earn their first West Coast Conference victory. The Tigers host USF on Thursday, Jan. 9 at 7:00 p.m., while the Broncos come to town for an early 1:00 p.m. tip on Saturday, Jan. 11. Both games will be televised by TheW.tv, while Saturday's contest is the WCC's Game of the Week. For Saturday's game, it will be aired by Time Warner, Root Sports, Comcast SportsNet and TheW.tv.

Women's Water Polo Makes Its Season Debut
Hot off the national runner-up finish of the men this fall, the women get into the pool this week for the first time as they look to pick up where the men left off. Men's MPSF Coach of the Year James Graham leads the women into the fray this weekend as the Tigers head to Berkeley, Calif. to take part in the California Speedo Cup on Saturday. Pacific will take on Cal (11:00 am) and Stanford (1:30 pm) in the first two matches of the year. 

Softball To Host It's 32nd Annual Cioppino Feed
Come on out and enjoy some great seafood at softball's annual cioppino feed event on Friday, January 17. The event starts at 6:00 pm at the American Legion Hall in Lodi, Calif. For just 45$ you get all-you-can-eat cioppino, pasta, salad, and bread with all proceeds going to support the softball team. In addition to great food, there is always a spectacular raffle and auction with many great prizes available to win. Contact coach Brian Kolze (bkolze@pacific.edu) to order your ticket today. 

Jr. Tiger Dance Clinic Early Registration Is Open
For the past nine seasons, the Tiger Dancers have mentored a number of young girls and future dancers during the Jr. Dance Clinic. The dance clinic has averaged over 100 kids from around the region who have participated in this all day clinic. They work directly with the Tiger Dancers and then perform during halftime of a Pacific Men's Basketball game. You have watched them dance all season long, now is your chance to perform with the Tiger Dancers at the ninth annual Jr. Tiger Dance Clinic. The clinic is open for children of all skill levels between 5-14 years of age. The clinic will be held on Saturday, February 15th from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Main Gym on the Pacific Campus. Plus, all participants will perform that evening during halftime of the Pacific Men's Basketball game vs. San Diego at 7 p.m.
