Pacific Health Services asks faculty and staff assist in reminding students of the importance of complying with the University's immunization policy.
This policy is in place to protect the Pacific community from outbreaks of infectious diseases, to meet the requirements of some academic programs and to ensure Pacific is meeting the gold standard of care set forth by the CDC, the State of California and other health organizations.
University of the Pacific requires students to be appropriately immunized as a non-academic requirement of enrollment. Students may view their current status by logging in to MyHealth@Pacific and clicking on the immunizations link on the left. Incomplete items are indicated in red. Medical documentation to fulfill immunization requirements must be submitted by mail or in person by November 15, 2014.
Students' failure to provide documentation by the deadline will result in a hold on their records and a late fee of $100.
