Campus Climate Survey

Jan 27, 2015

At the beginning of this academic year, President Eibeck identified five Institutional Priorities for the next 18-24 months. Two of those priorities have to do with supporting our people: Improving Student Success and Supporting Faculty and Staff Development and Engagement.

As part of those goals, Pacific will launch a comprehensive survey of students, faculty and staff beginning January 26.  The survey is intended to document satisfaction levels, issues, strengths and needs on all three of our campuses.

A survey link will be sent by email to:

  • Students
  • Faculty
  • Staff

You are encouraged to take time to reflect on the Pacific experience and voice your thoughts and concerns. Check your email starting January 26 for your unique survey URL. All responses will be strictly anonymous and data will be reported in such a way as to protect the identity of respondents.

Results will be analyzed over the summer and a report will be released to the campus community in the fall. Based on this analysis, actions will be recommended to the President and Cabinet to enhance the Pacific experience.
