Committee Seeks Feedback on Draft Strategic Enrollment Plan

The Strategic Enrollment Plan (SEP) Steering Committee seeks feedback from the university community now through Friday, April 15 on its initial draft Plan, available on the SEP SharePoint site. The site hosts SEP resources including materials and FAQs about the recruitment and support of international students through a partner called Shorelight. Community members can use the site's Discussion Board to share additional questions, comments and suggestions with the SEP Steering Committee for consideration during the final draft process.

Since November 2015, the SEP Steering Committee has solicited feedback from the university community. There have been six university-wide campus conversations and meetings with multiple committees and units, as well as other faculty groups. See the SEP SharePoint site for a complete list of conversations.  

The SEP Steering Committee will continue to update its draft through April after receiving feedback from the Strategic Planning Committee, Academic Council and the university community and share a final draft with the Regents Ad Hoc Committee on Enrollment Planning, SPC and AC. Thereafter, the Plan will be submitted to President Eibeck prior to its discussion and approval at the May Board of Regents meeting. See the SEP SharePoint site for a complete schedule.  

Please note this draft Plan is focused on the vision of where Pacific needs to have strength in 5-10 years to ensure student success, diversity and financial sustainability. An implementation plan with associated tactics and financial projections to implement the strategies will be developed over the summer for feedback in the fall.
