Strategic Enrollment Plan Update

The Strategic Enrollment Plan (SEP) Steering Committee has produced a final draft​ of the SEP using feedback received from the Strategic Planning Committee (SPC), Academic Council (AC) and the university community during the review period in early April. The SEP Steering Committee will share this final draft with the Regents Ad Hoc Committee on Enrollment Planning, SPC and AC. Thereafter, the Plan will be submitted to President Eibeck prior to its discussion and approval at the May Board of Regents meeting. Click here for a complete schedule.

Please note that this draft Plan is focused on the vision of where Pacific needs to have strength in 5-10 years to ensure student success, diversity and financial sustainability. An implementation plan with associated tactics and financial projections to implement the strategies will be developed over the summer for feedback in the fall. ​
