New claims reporting process from Risk Management

The Enterprise Risk Management Office has a new online claims reporting process.

Property- and automotive-related claims can now be reported via an electronic form on the Enterprise Risk Management website. To begin a claim, please visit go.Pacific.edu/RiskManagement. Click the "Auto Claim Form" link under the heading Travel and Motor Vehicles to submit a claim for University owned, leased or rental automotive-related claims. Click the "Property Claim Form" link under the heading Property and Liability Insurance to submit property-related claims.

Please note that supporting documentation must be submitted with the claim; however, the form must be filled out and submitted prior to the attaching the documentation. Once the online form is filled out and "Complete Incident" is clicked, you will be prompted to add any attachments you have.
