New PacificCard website launches first of November

The PacificCardTM Office will be debuting a new version of our www.MyPacificCard.com campus card management website the week of November 1. As part of an ongoing project with our vendor, JSA Technologies, the new version of our website will provide better credit card security during your online PacificCashTM deposit transactions.

As a result of changing to a more secure payment gateway platform, all existing auto deposits that are set up on customer accounts will need to be recreated.

For those of you who have an existing credit card "auto deposit" plan setup within our current website, you will simply need to log in to the new version of the website using your PacificNet Username and Password, choose the Auto Deposits function from the left-hand menu, and complete the form with the instructions on screen.
