United Way campaign update: don't miss out on the early bird drawing

Oct 17, 2016

Thank you to everyone who has been early to make your contribution or pledge to Pacific's 2017 United Way campaign. So far we have contributed $16,139 toward our goal of $110,000. This is a good start in first few weeks, and we're expecting to see momentum building as we move forward.

Remember, you can direct your contribution to the charity of your choice — to any 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization — by either a one-time gift or an annual pledge in any amount. And remember, each contribution, no matter the size, helps us reach our participation goal of 26%.

Early Bird Drawing
I'm excited to announce that all those who make their contribution or pledge before Nov. 1 will be entered into an Early Bird drawing to receive a 2017-18 A Parking Permit. Watch for additional incentives to be announced in the coming weeks.

There are many ways to give, by cash or check, credit or debit card or payroll deduction. Some have had difficulty with the online form. Below, I have attached step-by-step instructions for completing the pledge form and for completing the online form (use the online form only if you are renewing a pledge by payroll deduction from the previous year). If you have any questions, please contact Cheryl Mack in External Relations at cmack1@pacific.edu.

Thanks again for your commitment to making our community a better place to live and work.
