  • Tuesday, September 27: Provost Pallavicini is excited to welcome Dr. Randy Bass, COP '81, Vice Provost for Education, Georgetown University to speak at a special CTL presentation. Dr. Bass will present "From Unbundling to Rebundling: Designing Liberal Education for the New Learning Ecosystem" 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. in the Vereschagin Alumni House. A reception will follow.   • Thursday, September 22: Join us in the CTL 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. for a welcome reception to usher in the new semester and welcome our new Director, Lott Hill! Beverages and appetizers will be served. In case you missed it, here is an article on Lott, who joined Pacific on August 15. As a special bonus, we'll be offering the opportunity for faculty portraits to be taken during the first hour, from 4-5 p.m.  If you are new faculty or need to freshen up your faculty portrait for web or other purposes, don't miss out on this opportunity.
