Open Enrollment change forms for 2017 employee benefits are due by Dec. 2

2017 Open Enrollment is Nov. 1 through Dec. 2, 2016.

The 2017 Open Enrollment Guide will be sent to home addresses in mid-October. Please review it closely for any premium, co-pay and/or deductible changes. Reviewing the guide should answer many if not all of your questions.

Enrollment change forms must be returned by Dec. 2. There will be no exceptions.

Pacific also invites all employees to attend upcoming benefit fairs to get benefits questions answered straight from the vendors.  The locations, dates and times of the fairs will be: 

  • Stockton Campus - Thursday, Nov. 3, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. in the DeRosa University Center Ballroom
  • San Francisco Campus - Tuesday, Nov. 8, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. in Executive Conference Room 437
  • Sacramento Campus - Wednesday, Nov. 9, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. in Lecture Hall S2 and S3


If you would like to make changes to your health plan, you will need to complete the online enrollment form and return it to your local HR department by Dec. 2.

You must complete an enrollment change form each year during Open Enrollment to enroll or re-enroll in the Medical Flexible Spending Account and/or the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account even if you choose to keep the same allocation as the previous year.

If you would like all your other benefits to remain the same, there is no other action you need to take.
