Development and Alumni Relations

Molly ByrneMary "Molly" Byrne has been appointed as the new director of Corporate and Foundation Relations. She begins July 30. Previously Byrne was a partner at a public policy consulting firm responsible for their corporate and foundation division. She also has served as a senior officer at the American Red Cross National Headquarters and led development efforts at a national educational and advocacy nonprofit. She earned her B.A. in political science and history from Loyola Marymount University and her M.A. in political management from George Washington University. 

Business and Finance

Michelle Alvarez was promoted to benefits specialist in Human Resources.

Jessica Bilecki has been hired as the new sustainability director in Capital Planning and Space Management. Bilecki has worked in sustainability in higher education at Ohio University, Yale University and most recently Elon University. She is a certified permaculture teacher and a sustainability associate of the International Society of Sustainability Professionals. She holds a BS and MS in environmental science and studies. Prior to working in sustainability in higher education, she operated a small Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) business and taught and farmed in a variety of settings in the U.S. and Ethiopia.

Julia Juarez is a new accounts payable specialist in the Office of the Controller.

Sergio Olivas is a new structures group IV in Support Services.

Fernando Ruiz was promoted to groundskeeper II in Support Services.

Arlyn Olalia was promoted to clinic cashier and auditor on the San Francisco Campus.

Michael Brown is a new custodian in the Sacramento Campus Support Services.

Karen Mora is a new human resources representative on the Sacramento Campus.

Academic Division

Debra Bell has been rehired as administrative and program services assistant in the Center for Professional and Continuing Education.

Brandon Crain is a new administrative assistant in Educational Development in the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.

Erin Crinklaw is a new  program services assistant in the College of the Pacific Department of Psychology.

Keith DeVaul was promoted to operations specialist for graduate admission and recruitment in Enrollment Management.

Risa Fujishige promoted from administrative assistant II to professional program specialist in the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Steven Hamer was promoted to associate director of admission in the Office of Admission.

Annie Han is a new academic support services manager in Educational Development in the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.

David Harris was promoted to director of Student Academic Services in the Eberhardt School of Business.

Robin Harrison is the new program services assistant in Physical Therapy in the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Andrea Johnson is a new administrative and program services assistant in the Center for Professional and Continuing Education.

Jessica Knight is a new administrative assistant I in the School of Engineering and Computer Science.

Maureen Laird was promoted to articulation coordinator in the Office of Admission.

Eilleen Le was promoted to marketing coordinator for the School of Engineering and Computer Science.

Stacey Nunes was promoted to administrative assistant II in the School of Engineering and Computer Science.

Nayeli Ortega transferred to the position of group practice receptionist in the Department of Clinic Administration in the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.

Jennifer Rossi is a new administrative assistant I in the School of Engineering and Computer Science.

Partha Sarathi Roy has been hired as a research associate working with Professor Bhaskara Jasti in Pharmaceutics and Medicinal Chemistry in the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Eric Shepherd was promoted to the new position of business manager in the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Kimberly Todd is the new program manager for Graduate and International Programs in the McGeorge School of Law.

Jonathan Wainwright is the new project manager in the Capital Center for Law and Policy in the McGeorge School of Law.

President's Division

Kerry Lechich was promoted to Marketing Director in the Office of Marketing and Communications.

Student Life

Carmen Anselmo is a new administrative assistant II in SUCCESS.

Jason R. Fitzer is the new associate director for student organizations and ASUOP.

Brenda Manzo, Stephane Marte, Leticia-Andrea Snoots and William Troche are new residence directors in Housing and Greek Life.

Athletics

Amanda Brown is a new assistant coach for women's basketball. Brown comes from Gonzaga, where she served as director of baseball operations from 2014 to 2017. Read more>>

Adrienne Koesterer is the new pool manager for Chris Kjeldsen Pool in Pacific Athletics.

Mike Neu resigned as baseball head coach last week to accept the head coaching position at California. Neu was hired by Pacific before the 2015-16 school year off the Cal staff, where he served as pitching coach for four seasons. Athletics Director Ted Leland announced plans to conduct a nationwide search for a new head coach "who can continue the strides forward made under coach Neu." Read more>>
