Academic Division

Stephanie Barroso is a new recruiting specialist in the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Lloyd Curtis transferred to the position of  manager of curricular technology in University College.

Michelle Faul was promoted to senior assistant registrar in the Office of the Registrar.

Carmen Simmons was promoted to assistant director student affairs and organizations in the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Adam Silva is a new graduate legal assistant in the McGeorge Institute for Administrative Justice.

Deanna Thompson transferred to the position of  budget and operations manager in the Office of the Provost.

Search update: Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs
The search continue to replace Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs Berit Gunderson when she steps down from her position June 30. The job description is now posted in PeopleAdmin and open for internal and external applications until March 19. Deborah Marini has transferred to associate director and collections manager in the Cashier's Office.

Miguel Rodriguez transferred to the position of  groundskeeper, group I, in Support Services.


Myrna Acoba-Rapisura has moved from a records coordinator II to an advancement services specialist in Advancement Services as a result of and organizational change and realignment.

Alohna Dever was promoted to annual giving project support specialist in the Annual Pacific Fund.

Gitaine Reis is the new marketing coordinator for University College in the Office of Marketing and Communications.
