The forum will take place from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, March 6 in University of the Pacific's Grace Covell Hall.

Discussion will include an overview of the water crisis, unemployment, and the water bond S.B. 7x 2, Safe, Reliable Drinking Water Act of 2010.  The panel will present a balanced overview of issues. A second forum will be presented on April 3rd at the same time and location.

The forum will provide an informational and educational stage for discussion and meaningful dialogue to elicit public awareness among and within the Latino and other communities.

The forum will begin with a continental free breakfast at 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and opens with a welcome address at 9:00 a.m. and will conclude with an answer and question period between 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
