Getting Started - If you are new to blended and online learning, this site is meant to provide a resource toolkit to help with the transition by providing some of the basics to get you started. Pedagogy
There are two basic approaches to faculty development for online education: pedagogical and technical. The pedagogical approach looks at overarching issues, concepts, and design. Before beginning the development of an online site or online component for your blended class, there are some very important, high-level questions that need to be addressed before looking at specific tools or technology. If you haven't already, go to Building Your Course to get an overview of backward design and the use of student learning outcomes (SLOs).
The videos below are more technical oriented and do not deal with design, per se, but are meant to be more of a "how to" reference.
