Open to all, Taijiquan is an ancient Chinese martial art used to achieve health and tranquility! Designed with the beginner in mind you’ll learn the Chinese wellness exercise Taijiquan “24” as well as the Total Relaxation Technique. Regular practice can lead to increased flexibility, agility, and balance without overexerting the heart or straining muscles. Enjoy learning and practicing this art of movement and meditation in a patient, stress-free atmosphere!
