Have you ever had difficulty communicating with somebody from a different culture? Explore the variables (attitudes, beliefs, values, body language, and speech styles) that are major sources of communication difficulty among individuals of different cultural backgrounds. Through focusing on theories, models, perspectives, and issues you’ll learn to breakdown communication barriers becoming a better, more competent communicator in a global world! *Does not fulfill Communications major requirements, does not fulfill G.E., not available for credit if you have taken Comm 143, xcom 119, or xcom 125.
