Leading Change
Is there a change that you would like to see occur in your organization? Are you tired of waiting for changes that you expect but never happen? This course addresses the key issues people face in a dynamic enviornment when trying to enact change. By understanding the steps needed to affect change and through learning how to overcome resistance, a person can successfully lead change at various levels of an organization.
Note: All online classes require textbooks. There is one copy available in the Pacific library on reserve and one copy for check out. All courses must be completed within 6 months of start date.
