Leading Teams
Whether you are in need of a refresher, want to improve your skills, or are new to leading groups, Leading Teams is for you! This course addresses the key issues surrounding leadership in a team. You’ll learn how leaders must account for the special and unique circumstances surrounding different types of teams where responsibility, accountability, communication, and leadership are shared amongst members of the group.
