W.M. Keck Analytical X-Ray (XRD/XRF) Laboratory
The W. M. Keck Lab was funded by a grant from the Keck Foundation. It includes:
- Rigaku ZXS x-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF) with 12-sample changer
- Rigaku Miniflex x-ray diffractometer (XRD)
- 2 Dell computers
