Students in the Department of English have numerous outlets to express their creativity, develop a deeper appreciation for their field of study, and bond with their classmates. Many students contribute to Calliope, Pacific's literature and arts magazine, and The Pacifican, the official school newspaper. Other activities include workshops, poetry readings, and a Jane Austen celebration. Take a look at some of the additional activities our students pursue, meet our outstanding graduating seniors, and hear from our current students about life as an English major at Pacific.
