Several times each year, we host Information Sessions for prospective students. This is an opportunity for you to meet Director Polly Adema and other faculty and students, tour the facility, and enjoy some light refreshments. In addition to learning more about this multidisciplinary program, at the Info Session you can ask questions about the program and the admission process.
The Master of Arts in Food Studies is designed for established and new professionals seeking to broaden and deepen their knowledge of food. Our classes empower our students with knowledge and tools relevant for them to venture forth on their new or modified career paths in food industry-related professions, from food writing to food history, advocacy to policymaking, consumer marketing and research, and more.
