Thank you for your interest in the Master of Arts in Food Studies program at University of the Pacific San Francisco.
Several times each year, we host Information Sessions for prospective students. This is an opportunity for you to meet Director Polly Adema and other faculty and staff, tour the facility and enjoy some light refreshments. You will learn about this multidisciplinary program, designed for established and new professionals seeking to broaden and deepen their knowledge of food. Our classes empower our students with the knowledge and tools relevant for them to venture forth on their new or modified career paths in food industry-related professions, from food writing to food history, advocacy to policymaking, consumer marketing and research.
