Ty Raterman had his paper "Regulation, Compensation, and the Loss of Life: What Cost-Benefit Analysis Really Requires" accepted for publication in the journal Ethics, Policy & Environment.

Ray Rennard presented "Sophisticated Joint Attention and Intersubjective Explanation" at the Pacific Division Meeting of the American Philosophical Association in San Diego, in April 2011.

Lou Matz, Associate Dean and Director of General Education, College of the Pacific, had his article "Seeking a Good Society at University of the Pacific," published in Diversity & Democracy: Civic Learning for Shared Futures, Winter 2011 (AAC&U Publications).
