Ken Albala had his sixth book, “Beans: A History,” published by Berg in Europe and Palgrave/Macmillan in the US. He also co-edited “The Business of Food: An Encyclopedia of the Food and Drink Industries,” which will be published later this fall by Greenwood Press. His series “Food Culture around the World,” also published by Greenwood Press, has been extended to 21 volumes.
