Pacific Economics Professor Now a White House Advisor

Benjamin Dennis

Dr. Benjamin Dennis, a long-time member of the College of the Pacific Economics faculty, is currently serving as a Senior Economist at the Council of Economic Advisors in the Executive Office of the President in the White House, where he edits the President's economic briefings and participates in the formulation of economic policy.

On April 24, 2009, Dr. Dennis spoke in the Albright Auditorium about the current macroeconomic situation and policy.

Dr. Dennis has previously served as an economist at the Millennium Challenge Corporation and at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
