Pacific's Music Management program helps prepare tomorrow's industry leaders with the necessary breadth and depth of knowledge and experiences to succeed in the fast-paced world of entertainment.
Every student develops a working knowledge of fundamental marketing, finance, organizational behavior, legal, economic and music industry knowledge. Elective studies in Music Management include concert production, record company operations, arts administration, recording technology, artist management and the area of music products.
An essential part of all Pacific Music Management study is hands-on learning through a range of experiences such as industry internships, Pacific's Music Management Club, ongoing visits with alumni and professionals from various industry sectors, and co-curricular on-campus booking, stage management and event programming opportunities.
Pacific students have successfully completed internships with more than 50 industry firms including:
