Students from the Conservatory of Music participated in collaborative performances including instrumental and vocal recitals at two distinguished European conservatories in Berlin and Prague (New York University).  Included was a backstage tour at the Berliner Ensemble and an emotional visit to a concentration camp which housed mostly musicians and artists in Terezin, Prague.

Students and faculty traveled to conservatories in Prague and Bratislava, performing excerpts from Sondheim’s A Little Night Music.  Pacific students attended classes at the Prague Conservatory and a student recital in Bratislava.  Slovak students also performed on a recital with Pacific students.  The Pacific Flute Choir performed a world premiere by Conservatory professor Dr. Francois Rose.

Students performed excerpts from Sondheim’s Assassins at Berlin's Technische Universitaet.  Pacific students interacted with musical theatre students from area conservatories including a roundtable discussion of The Assassins and the differences between American and German training.
