You can submit an recorded audition to the Pacific Opera Institute by one of the following 2 options:
- An electronic recording can be submitted via a platform called "Citizen Groove". This feature allows you to submit material that will not be posted on the worldwide web and its content will only be used by the Pacific Opera Institute. If you are unable to attend the audition dates, this platform is ideal. Use the scroll menu to indicate “Opera Institute” under application type. A hard copy audition form is required in addition to applying online in this format.
- YouTube We do accept YouTube submissions if you have something posted on YouTube that you feel adequately represents your talent. A hard copy application is a requirement to be considered.
What repertoire should I sing for my audition? Pre-Collegiate Artists should provide two songs or arias, one of which should be in Italian. Apprentice Artists should provide two arias, one of which should be in Italian.
