Admission to the Eberhardt MBA and MAcc programs is competitive and based on criteria which indicate a high promise of success. Performance in your prior coursework, official GMAT (or GRE) scores*, letters of recommendation and any post-graduate professional or managerial work experience will all be considered in your admission decision.

Round 2: Fall On-time (Full-time MBA and MAcc):  MARCH 1
Round 3: Fall Late (Full-time MBA and MAcc): JUNE 1  Still Accepting for Fall 2016!

Please note for part-time applicants: The June 1 (Round 3) deadline is considered on-time for the Professional MBA Program in Sacramento. Completed applications will generally be considered through August 1 or until the Fall part-time cohort is full.

Application and Supplemental Documents

Your completed application portfolio must be submitted before the Graduate Business Admissions Committee can render a final decision on your application. The required forms and documents include:

  • A completed online application (includes two essays and a resume)
  • Two letters of recommendation (recommended, but not required)
  • One to two years of work experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
  • An official Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) Score*
  • International applicants should closely review the International applicants page for additional document requirements

You should submit a completed application and return all supplemental documents by the appropriate application dates for your intended program. Applications received after the posted key application dates will be considered on a rolling, space-available basis; therefore, a review of your application and the availability of merit-based financial assistance (full-time MBA and MAcc Programs only) cannot be guaranteed after these dates.

Decisions regarding admission and any awards of merit-based financial assistance (i.e. scholarship and/or graduate assistantship) for full-time applicants are made on a rolling basis usually within 3-4 weeks of application completion. You will be notified in writing immediately regarding your application and any merit-based award decisions.

*Please visit www.mba.com for more information on the GMAT and www.ets.org/gre/ for more information on the GRE. The GMAT is the preferred test but a GRE score can be accepted if official test results are still available. The GMAT or GRE must have been taken within the last 5 years of application.
