Albert Huang is an Associate Professor of Management Information Systems of the Eberhardt School of Business at the University of the Pacific, Stockton, California. Dr. Huang has an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from National Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan; a master's degree in Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology, New York; and a doctorate in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of North Texas, where he also was a teaching fellow. Before coming to the University of the Pacific, Dr. Huang spent several years on the faculty of the School of Business at the University of Hawaii - Hilo where he also managed a student computer lab and a local area network.
Dr. Huang has authored or co-authored many papers in the areas of user interface, end-user training and empowerment, Internet applications, and organizational learning. He consulted to Lockheed Martin Tactical Aircraft Systems on an internal research project while he was a research associate at the Center for Quality and Productivity of the University of North Texas. He is also a Certified Novell Engineer.
