James Webb is Assistant Professor of Accounting at Pacific's Eberhardt School of Business. In addition to a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, Dr. Webb has master's degrees in accounting, higher education administration, and divinity. Dr. Webb is also a CPA with eight years of experience in public and industry accounting.

Before coming to Pacific, Dr. Webb served as a faculty member at Biola University, Indiana Wesleyan University, and Asbury University. He teaches classes in financial accounting, auditing, accounting research, and advanced accounting. His research has primarily been related to strategic financing in the higher education sector, as well as effective pedagogical methods in online education.
