Stefanie Naumann is a Professor of Management and Organizational Behavior at the University of the Pacific and has been on the faculty since 1999. Dr. Naumann earned her Ph.D. at Louisiana State University in 1998 and her B.S. at Tulane University in 1993. She teaches undergraduate and MBA courses in Organizational Behavior at Pacific.
Dr. Naumann conducts research in the area of employee fairness perceptions and work group climates. She has presented numerous papers at national and regional conferences and has published articles appearing in several journals including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Journal of Organizational Behavior.
