Specific Admissions Requirements
Admission to the MA Concentration in Organizational Learning and Effectiveness is a holistic decision that takes into consideration all the factors of each applicant's background and experience. Specific requirements include:

  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better for the last 60 units of college or post-baccalaureate work.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Evidence of qualities and character in keeping with the philosophy and standards of University of the Pacific and the Benerd School of Education.

Application Documents

  • Completed online application
  • Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
  • Personal statement detailing how this program will help you meet your goals
  • Resume or CV
  • Writing Sample
  • Three letters of recommendation 
  • Departmental interview (if requested by Admissions Committee)

Please submit all application documents through the online application portal. 

Admissions Deadlines
We have a rolling admission process, which means we review applications as they are completed. Once the program reaches capacity, we add students to a waiting list. January 15th and May 31st are considered "priority" admission targets, although we will review complete applications past these dates.
