Distinctive Program Elements

Take your career and your organization to the next level by learning in an intensely practical learning environment.

Caring, Student-centered Environment
Professors who know your name.
At Pacific, the professors know your name and care about your success. Our faculty use their practitioner experience and relationships to help students develop skills and attain new positions. Our intimate learning community allows you to build relationships that are difficult to have in larger university environments.

Hands-on, Project-based Curriculum
Develop hands-on skills to advance in your career.
The Master's concentration in Organizational Learning and Effectiveness is designed around a project-based curriculum, which requires real-world work in every course.  Rather than learning how to do something in the future, you will be learning by doing now, while you're in the program.

MA/Doctoral Option
Complete both your master's and doctorate at Pacific.
Through our programs in Sacramento, you can complete both your master's and doctoral degree in 5-6 years.  Our Doctoral Program in Educational and Organizational Leadership provides a great option for completing your graduate study within the Pacific community.  Please see the Sacramento Doctoral Program page for more information.
