To apply for the MS program in Speech-Language Pathology you must complete the following:

- Complete the downloadable
2013 SLP supplemental application
Fall 2013 applications (including instructions) are available online via Speech-Language Pathology's Centralized Application Service (CSDCAS) The Deadline to submit your application and materials to CSDCAS for priority admission is Friday, December 7, 2012. Applicants for regular admission must have their application completed by Friday, February 1, 2013.
Supplemental Application for Speech-Language Pathology Admission
In addition to the CSDCAS application, a 2013 SLP supplemental application is required by the University of the Pacific. The supplemental application (including instructions) and required materials must be received by the University of the Pacific by the deadlines above.
