Master of Science (MS)

To apply for the MS program in Speech-Language Pathology you must complete the following:

• Apply online via Speech-Language Pathology's Centralized Application Service
  
  AND
  
• Complete the downloadable 2012 SLP supplemental application

Fall 2011 applications (including instructions) are available online via Speech-Language Pathology's Centralized Application Service (CSDCAS) The Deadline to submit your application and materials to CSDCAS is January 15th, 2012.

Supplemental Application for Speech-Language Pathology Admission
In addition to the CSDCAS application, a 2012 SLP supplemental application is required by the University of the Pacific. The supplemental application (including instructions), $50 supplemental application fee and required materials must be received by the University of the Pacific by January 15, 2012.
