SIS Alumna Loan Pham Wins NSEP Fellowship
Pacific Alumna Loan Pham, from the School of International Studies, has won a National Security Education Program-Boren Fellowship to study political science at the Institute of Economics, Management and Strategic Research in Kazakhstan, as well as advanced language study in Russian and Kazakh.
Ms. Pham’s NSEP-Boren Fellowship will compliment her master’s work in Global and International Studies at U.C. Santa Barbara, where she has received an Orfalea Fellowship.
