She also specializes in the evaluation of patients with dizziness and balance disorders. Dr. Amornpongchai enjoys working with both adult and pediatric populations. Dr. Amornpongchai is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Dr. Amornpongchai's main goal as an audiologist is to improve the quality of life for children and adults with all degrees of hearing loss and to help patients reconnect with those they love through better hearing.

In 2014, Dr. Amornpongchai pursued her passion for humanitarian outreach by launching Microtone Audiology's "Hearing Heart" project. They partnered with All Ears Cambodia to deliver 100 new hearing aids that had been donated. They also trained local medical staff in Cambodia on hearing aid fittings and maintenance to ensure a sustainable hearing care program. She is originally from Thailand and is fluent in both Thai and English. Her hobbies include traveling, hiking and bowling.
